The racial makeup of the CDP was 75.62% White, 1.47% African American, 0.90% Native American, 8.01% Asian, 0.40% Pacific Islander, 9.72% from other races, and 3.88% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 19.68% of the population.

There were 3,405 households, out of which 49.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.7% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.0% were non-families. 8.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.17 and the average family size was 3.33.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 32.3% under the age of 18, 7.0% from 18 to 24, 35.1% from 25 to 44, 20.3% from 45 to 64, and 5.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 106.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 103.7 males.

The per capita income for the CDP was $25,716. About 4.1% of families and 4.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 6.3% of those under age 18 and 0.5% of those age 65 or over.
